Stabilizing and Supporting Legacy Hardware

Nemonix Services seeks to accomplish two main goals: Stabilize and Support legacy hardware. The following is a listing of some of the services that provide our customers:

		1. Nemonix Technology Refresh™
		Technology Refresh is a key part of our strategy to stabilize legacy hardware. Click here for indepth Library articles about Technology Refresh. In summary, Nemonix will completely overhaul the system, removing and replacing every known failure point in the machine: batteries, capacitors, electrolytics, fans, bearings, power supplies, etc. The result is a "like new" machine that will run for another 10 years. In fact, we cover 1 year warranty extendable to 10 years.
		2. Repair Services
		Nemonix provides depot-level repair services, for hardware systems (such as servers and workstations), sub-systems (power supplies, motherboards, for example), and parts (frequency amplifiers, fans, capacitors, etc.). Where parts cannot be repaired, Nemonix also provides reverse engineering and fabrication services for long lost hardware parts.
		3. Telephone
		We provide the following telephone hardware support: a. NXLL 8x5 — Unlimited phone calls between 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday b. NXLL 12x5 — Unlimited phone calls between 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday b. NXLL 24x7 — Unlimited phone calls anytime on any day of the week Phone support is limited per site, although multi-site packages are available.
		4. Warranties
		All newly manufactured Nemonix products are "return to factory" warranted for 3 years with the option to extend the warranty for up to 10 years. Nemonix Refreshed systems are "return to factory" warranted for 1 year with the option to extend the warranty for up to 10 years.
		5. Custom Engineering
		When repair or refresh is not enough to meet customer requirements, Nemonix can provide an originally designed and developed engineering solutions. Nemonix has the ability to custom engineer solutions down to the chip and circuits level. We are especially expert at helping clients bridge the hardware gap between legacy and modern hardware. For example: multi-port gigabit NIC cards for DEC Alpha, Flash SCSI drives, custom digital detectors for Nuclear power plants, full duplex NIC cards for VAX (20X performance), etc. Most projects require a non-refundable engineering cost regime. However, we are flexible, and are open to any win-win partnerships that make business sense.
