Support Legacy Hardware with Nemonix |

One of our clients told us that we were like "a ship coming to his rescue." As machines age, the first thing that goes is OEM support, followed by parts scarcity, and finally the disappearance of human expertise. Legacy hardware users are often abandoned to their own devices. They are in a difficult spot: migration to another platform is prohibitively expensive and yet the status quo is fraught with catastrophe.
Along with our Stability services and Upgrade products, Nemonix provides legacy hardware support in the form of Repair services, telephone support, and extensive warranty support services. |

1. Repair Services |
|
|
Nemonix provides depot-level repair services, for hardware systems (such as servers and workstations), sub-systems (power supplies, motherboards, for example), and parts (frequency amplifiers, fans, capacitors, etc.). Where parts cannot be repaired, Nemonix also provides reverse engineering and fabrication services for long lost hardware parts. |

2. Telephone Support |
|
|
We provide the following telephone hardware support:
a. NXLL 8x5 — Unlimited phone calls between 9 AM to 5 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday
b. NXLL 12x5 — Unlimited phone calls between 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday
b. NXLL 24x7 — Unlimited phone calls anytime on any day of the week
Phone support is limited per site, although multi-site packages are available. |

3. Warranties |
|
|
All newly manufactured Nemonix products are "return to factory" warranted for 3 years with the option to extend the warranty for up to 10 years.
Nemonix Refreshed systems are "return to factory" warranted for 1 year with the option to extend the warranty for up to 10 years. |
